Week 2 : Day 2 : Habits, Pt 1

A habit is something where you once made a decision and you stopped thinking about it and continued doing it.

If we didn’t operate on auto-pilot most of the day, we would lose our minds. However, there are moments we miss and things we might prefer to do differently when we run this way.

Pick a habit you have; good, bad, or indifferent.

  1. What’s the cue? (Time, Place, the presence of other People, Emotion, and/or Preceding Action)
  2. What’s the routine?
  3. What’s the reward?
