I think I’m the one who underestimates me the most. When the uncomfortable middle gets a wee bit too uncomfortable, I have eased off. This isn’t the time to ease off. This is the time to make that choice again and push through.
Flavored lattes are not a good thing. Caffeine is not my friend. Sleep is. The quick carbs are not the thing, the idea I’m not grounded enough to stay consistent for me is the thing. My problem is never you, my problem is always me. I choose.
This week I will choose sleep, meds, 80% full, and the gym. There are other habits to track in my planner, in priority order, but those four give me the biggest bang for my attention buck.
